Discount Beneficiary
Benefit of 50% discount subscriptions on the means of public transport:
- Blood donors, according to H.G. nr. 1364/2006;
- Students at day-budget, not having a non-banking card(with maximum age of 26 years), according to the Law no 1/2011;
- Students at day-tax and students at day-budget (with age higher than 26 years), holders of an non-banking card, according to HCL Cluj-Napoca nr.95/2020;
- PhD students, daily courses, holders of a non-banking card-on the basis of the lists made by universities, according to HCL Cluj-Napoca nr.95/2020;
