Gratuity Beneficiary
Benefit of free subscriptions on the means of public transport the following categories:
- Pensioners, according to HCL Cluj-Napoca nr. 715/ 27.11.2007 and HCL Cluj-Napoca nr. 865/2017;
- Citizens of Honour of Cluj-Napoca Municipality, according to HCL Cluj-Napoca nr. 865/2017;
- Disabled persons-severe and emphasized disabilities, and also their attendants and personal assistants, according to Law no 448/2006, HCL Cluj-Napoca nr. 121/2010 and HCL Cluj-Napoca nr.183/2013;
- Descendants of Heroes of the Revolution,injured and also invalid pensioners, that have partially lost their capacity to work while fighting for the Revolution's victory, according to the Law 341/2004;
- Persecuted persons for political reasons by dictatorship installed on 6 th march 1945 and also the ones deported abroad or prisoners,according to the Law 118/1990, Law 189/2000 and URO 214/1999;
- Cluj-Napoca's City-Hall personnel;
- War vetereans, war widows and major attendants mutilated, invalids of first degree, according to GD no.233/1991 and Law no.44/1994;
- Unemployed, according to HCL Cluj-Napoca nr.468/2009;
- Budget students,having the maximum age of 26 years, holders of non-banking cards*, benefit of 120 free trips per month, according to the Law no.1/2011 and HCL Cluj-Napoca nr.95/2020;
- Budget students, having the maximum age of 26 years, orphans or from orphanages, benefit of gratuity on all the lines taking in consideration the university, according to the transport conventions that were closed;
- Students day-tax of Babes-Bolyai University, having the maximum age of 26 years, orphans or from orphanages, holders of non-banking cards, benefit of gratuity on two lines, according to the transport conventions that were closed;
- Pupils from state and private education, daily courses, according to the Law no.1/2011 and HCL Cluj-Napoca nr.93/2020;
- Orphans pupils or from orphanages, according to HCL Cluj-Napoca nr.194/2010;
- Pupils from special schools, according to the transport conventions that were closed.
